Titless (July 2015): We wanted to get full-color coozies instead of one color and ended up ordering through Joel at www.ourppi.com. The experience was a little clunky and we had to sort out an issue where they double-charged me, but we couldn’t find a better price for full-color sublimation printing.
They do not use online design software but provide a template. I gave them a design from AI so I can’t comment on artwork for them. We did a picture and words and we think they came out GREAT. Oh and these are not low quality material or paper thin like I was worried they might be.
Timeline: Initial inquiry sent 1 June, delivered on June 22nd.
Total cost: $297 ($1.98 ea.) for 150 coozies shipped to Hawaii. Compare to Custom Ink at $429 total ($2.86 ea.) for comparable item shipped. Obviously this would have been much faster and smoother all around at a cost of $132 more.
Alex D. (May 2017): We’ve used TotallyPromotional.com for beer koozies (coozies, coozy, cozie) and have always been happy with results. Prices are cheap (usually just over $1 per unit if you order 100) and that includes full color, dye sublimation printing on 3 sides. Putting random designs on the bottom (thumbs up, middle finger, etc.) has been a big hit for us. They are quality neoprene koozies that fold up for easy storage. Total turnaround time for standard production orders is usually about 2 weeks from initial design submission to receipt of koozies.
Swayze’s Swollen Throat (June 2017): So this is where I got the famous slap coozies for Flour City. The company was awesome to work with – I was able to do everything through email and the wait time was extremely short (Responses under 24 hours and I can’t remember exactly but I think it was under 2 weeks from my first email about cost to delivery). Not only that, but I now get promotional emails about all sorts of additional hab for under $1! The slap coozies are also great, neoprene on the inside, fabric on the outside, sold like hot cakes.
