Kyle M. (Mar 2018): As always, they did a marvelous job! He took my art, helped me find the perfect size patch, and had them to me in a timely manner. I cannot recommend this company enough! I purchased 100 for $1.69 each for a 3×4 patch.

Baby Banger (Mar 2017): Went with a 4″ patch due to all the detail. Pricing: 100 pieces, 4″ patches with a sew on backing. $1.89 per patch. No setup fee. We had art work ready-to-go. Shipping was $12. Total bill: $201
Excellent service. Great Quality. The company has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and I can see why. Asked for a quote on 3/4, received sewed sample and quote on 3/10, requested changes: got a new sewed sample on 3/14. Arrived 3/27 & they’re beautiful. Total time from quote to delivery: 23 days.

Marilyn ManHoe (June 2018): A lot of people ask me who I use for patches, and how I get them so cheap. I use a company called APONIK to stitch my Marilyn ManHoe patches. My contact there is “Nadia” (nadia@aponik.com.tw) and the company is fast, well priced, and makes a quality product. Plus, they’ve always been super good at customer service… responding to my e-mails quickly and 7 days a week.
It’s a company in Taiwan: Their website is www.emblemandpin.com, with examples etc…. they do some neat stuff other companies in the states don’t do: for instance my ManHoe patch design has UV color changing thread, glow in the dark thread, and other cool shit… They’ve also done a few patches I designed for some Tampa hashers (Foozy Balls, Swamp Nipples, and Thumper Humper) and Rock’n Uranus, too. As well as Lotion, and several VA hashers.

I’ve sent a lot of friends to Aponik for patches, and I’ve never heard of anyone being disappointed. They are much cheaper, and just as good of quality than any of the stateside outfits I’ve tried to work with. Plus, they can use Glow-in-the-dark thread which is apparently illegal in the states?
If you decide to use Aponik, they will ask you to e-mail them your credit card info… which some people feel weird about, instead of putting it in a website somewhere. I’ll say I’ve sent them my info dozens of times (they do not save it anywhere between orders, so you need to give it to them each time… a good thing) and in the 10 years they’ve been making patches for me I’ve never had any suspicious charges or anything. I trust them.

I-Feel Tower (June 2017): Travel Hashers, Say you go to a kennel that has no patches for sale. Don’t even have plans to make more patches. Say you can locate a photo of their logo. Have I got the place for you! For a mere $12 these guys can make a dye-sublimated patch with a merrowed border of any photo. They won’t do super rude designs, but it’s a fairly cheap and definitely durable alternative.

Hadouken (June 2017): Recently used these guys through their Etsy site. Wanted to do a quick order to get product in hand to distribute before departing Savannah. Had not experimented using “woven patches” vs typical embroidered patches.
Pro: Cheaper and faster than many other manufacturers. If I was looking to order something with a higher level of detail, or wanted to incorporate a photograph / cartoon into a patch design, I would consider going woven. Obviously because of thread size, embroidery typically loses image detail unless you make the patch larger. All in all, it took her about 30 days from initial contact / design submission to product shipped to my door. Pricing was pretty decent I thought. Using the Etsy app makes payment and vendor communication quick and painless.
Con: Overall product quality is not as rigid or tough as an embroidered patch. Woven patches can feel flimsy compared to a nice, heavy, embroidered patch. Only other comment is making absolutely clear to the vendor what colors you want. This run came out a bit darker than I had intended.

David Y. (June 2017): I got my 2nd personal patch from custompatchesonline.com. My rep is a great guy named Tony. I sent in 2 ideas actually and they created both designs. we went back and forth numerous times working on little details and then decided on the one I have now. I tweaked it some more and they kept responding back quickly. My patch ended up being $1.61 each for 100. When I got my order, they had shorted me 22. When I called in, they didn’t question me, they just sent in the remaining amount plus some extra (they sell in blocks of 50 so I got 128 total). Great customer service and response times. Very helpful on tweaking and listening to my ideas. Very upfront with info and cost. I highly recommend them.

AHOD (Jul 2019): Cumming soon, and I couldn’t be happier with Dead Hare Haberdashery! Fantastic communication, fast responses, great to work with. I will def be working with again, highly recommend!

Belinda J. (June 2018): Much appreciation to Dead Hare Haberdashery! Our Charity patches and our one under wraps patch (not shown) have arrived!

Blew Hole (May 2018): This was an awesome collaboration. Great quality and service. Can not recommend them any higher!

Womb Raider (Jun 2017): I ordered personal patches from Dead Hare and our kennel has ordered countless event patches from her and every single order has been perfectly made and competitively priced. No other company can beat her prices/turnaround time for small orders.

Titless (Sep 2015): As the Aloha Haberdasher, we wanted to make “position patches” unique to our kennel’s style. I was able to simply sketch the idea and Dead Hare turned it into a graphics file and a great patch. We ordered 5 each for our 15 different positions @ $3.50 each (Sep 2015), 4 inches wide, 100% embroidery and a full rainbow of colors. I also placed an order for two single 4″ personalized 2-color foot patches. $14 for the two patches plus $1.40 in shipping (May 2015). Very happy with the ordering process and not having to buy large quantities at a time. Don’t hesitate to order from Dead Hare!

Melissa M. (Mar 2020): Double Dipped exceeded expectations on personal patches, wonderfully talented experienced vendor. Will definitely order from her again!

TJ (Oct 2019): Double Dipped did an excellent job! I have seen many products produced by this vendor and they always look incredible, as did these WPTB patches. They arrived quickly and without issue and I can definitely see myself doing business with her again.

John H. (Sep 2019): Review time! Recently ordered some event patches from Double Dipped Designs on the Hab Bazaar site. We had a design so I can’t vouch for that end of it. Decided to try the sublimated printed patches. Because this is new to me and they look amazing.
The ordering process was a little laid back. Not so structured as the big companies. Which concerned me as I was on a tight schedule and hoping things were on target. Double Dipped did answer my messages when I got worried enough to check in and everything ended up being fine. And fast! All in all I think it was under 2 weeks total from start to doorstep.
Personally I am blown away by the detail achieved in this patch. Being unfamiliar with this printing process I decided to toss one of the patches in with the laundry. See what would happen. As you can see in the photo only the backing got a little chewed up (went with no special backing) but there was no detriment to the design or colors. A+. Can’t wait to hand these out at the event!

AHOD (Jul 2019): Rob Patches designed my patch (free, donation suggested) and did a fantastic job even though I only had a vague idea of what components I wanted to include. Doub Bledip Pedtip made my patch and I love the suggestion for glow in the dark thread… really makes that penis splooge pop 😅. The turnaround time was fairly quick and I have them in hand now before some upcoming travel hashes. I couldn’t be happier with either my designer or executioner, I would highly recommend both. Thanks guys!

Shut the Chuck Up (May 2019): Double Dipped did an amazing job of helping me realize my ideas for hash and personal patches; she listened to my ideas, and then took them the next steps farther to create something unique & wonderful. She also knows the printing side of things better than anyone. -STCU ??

Pinot Phile (Apr 2019): Ordered Hobby Horse Hash Patches and they came promptly and with much more detail than expected… and the glow-in-the-dark thread is amazeballs!

Dick Flicker (Dec 2018): I have the World Peace through Beer patch and Sarong as well as personal patches that was ordered through this vendor. Highly recommend.

Twatter Sports (Oct 2018): Ordered kennel patches from Double Dipped. We are absolutely thrilled with how they turned out. It took a bit of time to go from A to Z, but it was worth the wait, especially for the price that we paid. I will definitely be buying from this vendor again.

Saloon Door (Sep 2018): I was referred to Double Dip by another Hasher for my first patch design. Getting in contact with her was the best idea since going to my first Hash. She was super helpful in helping me come up with ideas for a patch. I mean, where do you start with a name like SaloonDoor (swings both ways and easy to slam). Well after some spitballing of ideas and some really fucked up google image searches, we landed on this idea of Woody, Buzz, and Jessie. She took this idea and went into full creative mode. She came back with this design and I immediately placed an order since it just fits! The design time to receiving my patches was affordable and very quick. I wouldn’t work with anyone other with Double Dipped and when it’s time to create my next patch, she will have my business.

Self Sucker (Aug 2018): So I know a lot of people already know Double Dipped Tip for designs and to have their patches made, but I just wanted to take a second and just reconfirm how awesome she is, currently over 20 of my designs have been personally handled by her and all of them came out spectacular, she is second to none when it comes to Hashers that produce! Her prices compare if not best most faceless patch organizations out there and because she is a hasher she def. knows what we expect and delivers every time. She designs but has no issues making for people that bring designs from other sources. She is a pleasure to work with and more than anything a great person and hasher! Thank you DoubleDippedTip for all your help!

Blew Hole (Apr 2018): I received my (custom designed) patches today from Double Dipped Designs and they are freaking awesome. Thanks, Friend!

Darren C. (Apr 2018):Just received our Kennel’s patches from DDT. Great communication, fantastic product, and overall effortless transaction. I cannot say enough positives about my experience.

Axel H. (Oct 2017): I used Double Dipped Designs for the WPTB 2017 patches this time for a woven not embroidered one. Worked all well and she’s a Hasher as well.

Darren C. (April 2018): Patch warehouse did a solid job and a super quick ship. $1.20 each @ 200. Artwork turn around was less than a day. I paid the $14 express shipping because I couldn’t wait to get them. Lol

J. Pi Duff (Sep 2017): This is the only patch company I will ever use. Extremely fast and reliable with high quality of patches. Have used them for several events now. Just a slight higher price but worth it.

Pat H. (Sep 2017): Patchwarehouse.com is pretty awesome. I was wrong, the patch needed a quick redesign (which they got to me same day) to make the text a little bigger, but I’m happy with the result. Exactly 1 week from first contact I have 100 patches in-hand (1-2 day shipping was only $14.99).

Todd D. (Jul 2017): Final price was $419 for 100 3″ patches and 200 2″ patches (75% coverage, iron-on backing, hot cut), with $20 for rush shipping. Now we’ll see if they can get them here in a week. Patches shipped from “Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong,” projected delivery end of day tomorrow, seven days from placing the order. I’ll keep you all posted. …Patches delivered on time.
After a long night of prepping for a hash campout, I had a chance to look them over. Quality seems okay, but the splash is white, not yellow, which was just supposed to be the highlight color. The letters are connected by bits of thread. Overall, though, for a really rush job with no actual proof and my first time getting a patch made, they came out fairly decent. (note – pic of this patch is not in the gallery below).

Admin note: Haberdashers Worldwide does not recommend The Studio due to personal and cumulative observed experience. Only exception would be if you order during one of their 50% off sales… and you’re ok with gambling on quality, timeline, and getting hundreds of spam emails.

W. Payne (Jul 2017): I just worked with The Studio to have patches made. The process was a bit time consuming but they took all of my questions and concerns into consideration and did not enter production until I was completely satisfied. The patches are well made, detailed, and cost less than $1 per patch. They look great too!

Money Shot (Aug 2017): Had great experiences with theStudio.com up until my current patch project. The communication has been awful and they really let us down with a timeline and clearly specified project parameters. Felt like they were trying to upsell us to a larger patch and when I told them no, they offered to make it larger anyways. No amount of refusal is working and they claim it’s detail issue – but knowing and holding other patches from them with similar detail, this seems to be false and taking forever to answer our questions about the other issues with our first physical sample (which had nothing to do with the detail they are mentioning!). Saga still continues but I am doubtful I will use them again after this fiasco.

Baroque Bucket (Oct 2017): Hey everyone, giving it up to the studio for great patch! They got me this 4.5 ” patch for my Halloween trail within two weeks of my order; it’s great quality, exactly what I ordered and the price was amazing… 100 patches for $107.

Titless (July 2016): As Aloha Haberdasher, our old I.D.I.O.T. (I did it on trail) patches were running low and I thought we could do better. We decided on our own unique “Safety Third” design. This was my first and only experience with this company, but it blew away my expectations. I did not have a good computer available to me at the time, so I just threw together a bunch of random images in a PowerPoint slide and played around with “bring forward” and “send to back.” Then exported it as a jpg and sent it to the company. Somehow this is what they came up with.
Total price for 100 qty was $2.42 cents per patch, but these were large @4″, 75% embroidery, and with a sticker backing. Even without the iron on or plastic backing, it was very firm. I always use wholesale-patches as the example of what a high-quality patch actually looks like up close. Unfortunately, their quoting system is not very precise right off the bat, so you have to ask them more specifically and not just rely on the automated tool on their site.
