Scotch Hasher (Dec 2017): Each size over XL is an additional dollar. So single color, XL is 7.15, 2XL is 8.15, 3XL is 9.15, etc. These prices are for the super soft Bella Canvas tri-blend shirts. Typical cotton shirts would be much less. I’m looking into his Badger tech tees that are matte wicking. You know how most wicking shirts are “shiny”? He has some that look like regular shirts but are really tech material. He definitely works best if you call him. Mention the Wednesday group/Scotch/Becca and he’ll know what you’re talking about. Call, talk it out, then email the design to him. He’s got a pretty quick turnaround. Typical minimum order is 25 but he’s done 20 for us.
Titless (June 2017): I have used Best of Maine for many orders over the years, for both hashing and personal use. I originally stumbled upon them while trying to find someone who would ship to Hawaii but was not Custom Ink. What I like most is that this is not screen printing, it is full color permanent heat sublimation, and they do not charge by the color.
First shirt was a white shirt with full color on front and back. Total cost in June 2014 was: $8.50 per shirt @40 qty (4x Sm, 16x Med, 16x Lrg, 4x XXL — Gilden 100% Cotton), $47 shipping to Hawaii. This order was placed on Sunday night, and the box arrived in Hawaii via FEDEX on Friday. Unreal. Total per shirt cost each: $9.65
Second order was the very next week with the same design because we sold out of almost all 40 shirts. Cost: $7.60 per shirt @75 qty plus $80 shipping to Hawaii. Total per shirt cost each: $8.67
Third order was for an event run with a higher budget, so we got a blue shirt from American Apparel brand. I was really not happy with how much this shirt shrunk but they were very well made. Cost: $16.50 per shirt @55 qty plus $62 shipping to Hawaii. Total per shirt cost each: $17.62
Small order of Irish Green color Gidan cotton shirt was $16.00 per shirt @6 qty. I combined shipping with another batch of white Aloha shirts so I don’t know that.
Finally, the next year’s event run we used Anvil Classic 100% cotton in black, which were $13.50 per shirt @47 qty plus $58 shipping to Hawaii. Total per shirt cost each: $14.72
If I was still a Haberdasher, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again because the quality is so very good. I also had the owner’s phone number and texted him regularly when we ordered so much. At the same time I’d probably shop around and see if anyone else has full-color capability now, but it would be hard to change my mind because I honestly couldn’t believe how fast we had our orders in hand, even to Hawaii.
Wendy R. (June 2017): Creative Imprint Systems is based in Erie, PA. DC Red Dress Run used this company exclusively from 2007-2014 for its giveaways. They could perform the graphic design or would accept a design created by a DC RDR volunteer. They did charge an artwork fee.
I can’t give an exact estimate on costs, but generally per item price ranged from $10-20 per unit. They do have a long lead time on certain items, so I wouldn’t recommend using this company when you are in a pinch. They are best suited for bulk orders not for small piecemeal requests.

Alexandra L. (Dec 2017): Custom Ink has always been a great hab source for us! They are super quick and so reliable and easy to work with. They say it’s a 2 week turn around but it is always less. They have an awesome selection of products as well. Bags were about $35 for front and back text. Long sleeve shirts approx. $16/shirt. Short sleeve tech shirts approx. $16/shirt.
SIMA (Aug 2019): Shout out to Doub Bledip Pedtip. She designed and had these manufactured and shipped to me. I am super pleased the service, product and price. Will definitely order from her again.
Blew Hole (Jun 2019): Review of the sublimation tech shirts by Doub Bledip Pedtip of Double Dipped Designs. As always, working with her was a pleasure. She took our design and tweaked it to make it perfect. She has integrity too, because she paid to use the image (part of our design) that was on the back of the shirt. The material is lightweight tech material, i.e. breathable. Sizing was actual American sizes and not those tiny Asian children sizes. The print work is great and cost friendly.
Swamp Gravy (Jun 2019): So just saying, I LOVE the gimmie shirt. The cut is perfect (I usually hate gendered shirt sizes), the design and print is absolutely awesome, and the fabric is amazing. After doing this mess for 10 years I usually just give away hash shirts. but. I am keeping this one fo sho!
Crotch Thumper (April 2018): RU Looking for something fun to enhance your Hashing wardrobe? One of my favorite places to order personalized hashy attire is through Epic Sports, especially their Closeout section. I ordered a few things but absolutely love how this baseball jersey came out for about $15. The jersey was closeout at $2 and the personalized part was $13 adding “Hashing” and name in 2” block vinyl on the back. Maybe add your kennel name instead? I’m not sure if you can add vulgar names or not. There’s lots of other closeout items which can be personalized or not and the sizes are US and not Asian, so I’m swimming in this jersey with a women’s XXL. Being closeout, sizes and colors are limited. **Not all items in their catalog can be personalized. Look for a small banner across the item saying “decorated in 7 days or less” or similar. The Laptop version is easier to see options than mobile.
Louisville Plugger (Jul 2018): Hello All! I did not see a review of the go-to Company I use here at CoMotion H3 (Columbia, MO) so thought I would offer up my first Review! Fast Yeti – The people at this company are fantastic. On top of being a local business in our area, they do everything top-notch from start to finish. Give them a Doodle, a Phrase, whatever you may have, and they can run with it and will continue to re-do it over and over until you are truly 100% satisfied with the final product.
Usually I get replies to emails within a few minutes or just a couple hours for major new design ideas and changes. For shirts they offer a wide variety of brands and types. I have gone to them for a bit of everything: Shirts, Tank Tops, Hats, Bandanas, and more (pictures attached).
Most orders I make are ready within roughly a week (though Rush delivery can be done for a nominal fee). For those of you not local, they do ship! Their pricing is very competitive to anything I have found and of course you get better deals for larger orders (though they can offer 1-off prices if you really just want something extra special for yourself or someone you know). Payments can be made in person, over the phone, or through an online invoice.
We at CoMotion have used Fast Yeti for a number of years now, and I have continued to do so since becoming our Haberdasher without any complaint whatsoever. They are high quality professionals through and through who are not afraid to add some humor to the business for things like being on vacation for the 4th of July. I highly recommend Fast Yeti to anyone looking to try out a new Vendor for your next Hab project. Anytime I mention CoMotion they get excited because we tend to offer them more fun work than their standard fare 🙂

Elizabeth B. (June 2017): Voodoo H3 uses rei Promos for a lot of our screenprinting and gimmie needs. Matt and his crew are professional, competent and are now used to dealing with hashers. They can get virtually any product, and aside from patches, they are usually the best price. All orders have come in on time, or early. The staff communicates well, and will keep you in the loop every step of the way. If you made Voodoo Campout, you have seen their work. (Note: They did the logo, personalization was done by hashers…). I prefer using someone local as opposed to someone in China. Strongly recommend! All quotes are individualized, but an example: Single color tees, with small chest logo and back design, single color, were under 8.00 a piece.
